Kicking off BBC Three’s Mighty Boosh night, this documentary shows how Julian Barratt and Noel Fielding became the nation’s top crimping duo. The whole crew is here, Naboo and Bollo too, plus a legion of celebrity fans. Their relentless good cheer is a joy to behold. No tortured artists here - apart from Howard Moon of course.

We really enjoyed this. I watched with my nine year-old and periodically covered his ears and/or eyes. Kids just love the Boosh. They should do a special kids’ version…

We watched it too being big Boosh fans from the beginning. They are just as funny off screen as on. Great to see all those Hen & Chicken clips and early stand up routines. Hope they make it to DVD extras one day.

A kids’ version would be great. It’s mostly okay but try explaining the Crack Fox to a 7-year old.
