My daughter and I took a couple of weekends and watched the entire three series back to back, loving every episode, EXCEPT the Runaway Bride. Her fingernails-on-a-blackboard screeching made us cheer with relief when she turned the Doctor down! We want to be excited about the new series, but she left us with such a visceral dislike for the character, we just can't get enthused. Very much hoping Russell T. proves us wrong. Total agreement.
